Welcome to the Worlds XVI - 2008. This site includes competitor related information for ALL divisions. The information is from the event computer and will be the data used at the event for heating, scoring and awards. The Invitational Swing Division has been added to the list. The Alpha pages were NOT updated for the Invitational Divisions.
Competitors - Except for Swing/Hustle and Jack and Jill, all competitor registrations are closed. The registration backlog has been cleared. No additional updates are planned for this list. UCWDC Registration has been closed for over a month. However, if your entry is not shown, then please contact the Worlds Registrar IMMEDIATELY at
All entry errors that have been sent to us have been corrected. No more changes for the UCWDC divisions (except scratches) will be accepted. There will be NO changes at the event to the UCWDC divisions except for scratches. Please plan accordingly. Please note that changing your mind is not an error correction. No additional updates are planned for this list.
Jack & Jill - Separate numbers (Pink for Follow and Blue for Lead) have been issued for the Jack & Jill entries. This competitor list reflects the updated numbers. Those dancers with valid email addresses have been sent another entry confirmation with these new numbers. If you plan to dance in a Jack & Jill division, then you must have one of these special numbers. You MAY NOT use the competitor number that you used in the couples, ProAm or Line Dance divisions.
Alpha Lists By Competitor - To help you verify your entries, alphabetical lists by the "evaluated" dancer's last name have been added. The evaluated dancer is the dancer that wears the number. Where a dancer has entered a Jack & Jill as well as other divisions, there will be two numbers - one for the Jack & Jill entries and the other for the remaining. You may select the reports using the menu to the left.
